how to move captured video from onedrive to xbox live

I captured a video from a game (I'm new to the Xbox One S) I edited the video in UPLOAD and then save to UPLOAD and ONEDRIVE. I then went back to my console, and added the video to "my activity feed" and proceeded to delete the video off my hard drive
(since it had served it purpose) and I accidentally deleted both files (from Xbox live and my console), So I see it on ONEDRIVE and I want to transfer it back to my Xbox live account to reshare to my activity feed. Any idea's on how this can be accomplished
if at all possible?

There is no Xbox app as he talks about, for the Xbox one, if I am correct that's a Windows 10 app to which I don't use (windows 10) not to mention he's using a youtube video and not ONEDRIVE, so that's a double miss on this thread and question. This video
suggested option doesn't work for me. Anyone else out in the www have a clue? PLEASE do the research before posting an answer (and I am meaning testing it) Since that's where the "proof is in the pudding" so to speak.

I appreciate you locating this video and sharing it, but it does not say anything about
OneDrive in the video. I'm curious if you have tried this video's advice personally prior to responding to this question? It seems rather complicated as well, however, I will give it a try.

What about the UPLOAD app, where does one access the video's sent there and is there a way to use/copy/or transfer the stored video's from there since they force a download to their platform every time I edit a video on that app?
