How to monitor MY screen time on xBox?

If anyone interested, how I solved this issue - I have deleted existing family security, then created new family under different account, adding my main account as a family member, not organiser. I can see the screen time of my main account now.

I don’t think there’s a way to do that, but one thing you can do is look at the games you played, they’ll tell you how long you’ve played them, So that could give you a rough idea

Organizers can set screen time limits for members in their family group who have access to Xbox consoles and Windows 10 devices. Follow these steps to start managing your family group’s screen time limits:

• In the Xbox Family Settings app, select the member’s tile. Select the Screen time tile, and then view the time limits that may appear by default or that you’ve already set under Schedule. After selecting the schedule that you want to change, choose through the range of days, time limits, and time ranges to set up the perfect screen time limit for you family group.

I am sorry but we can't limit the time of the Family Organizer, since it's the Parent account.

In this situation, you would need to create a new child account for your son.
