How to mod Halo MCC

    How to mod Halo MCC


    I see there's an option to start halo mcc with anti-cheat disabled for mods, but how can i mod if i can't add or change any files within the halo folder in the windows apps folder? or is there another location that mods are supposed to be applied?

    Is there a way to obtain permission over the folder to mod?

    I cant seem to find anything on modding the windows version but plenty on the steam version..

    How on earth do I enable mods on Halo MCC PC? ModifiableWindowsApps folder is empty!

    The first link you gave only pertains to the Steam version of Halo MCC. It doesn't say much for Microsoft's platform when Microsoft themselves expect everyone to use the Steam version and have no idea how to support their own version.

    The last link, the "guide" on how to enable mods, is literally just a description of what mods are in the vaguest terms. No actual explanation whatsoever of how to actually enable mods.

    microsoft dont allow modding to games from what i believe but if you speak to the developers of the game they may helo in more detail.
