    How to migrate users from Xbox 360 to Xbox One


    I have just installed XBOX ONE w/kinnect. I have a Live Gold account and when I logged on to the XBOX ONE, it only saw my account. I setup other users on the XBOX 360 for my grand kids w/avatars. How do I migrate these to the new XBOX ONE system?

    No way to move Xbox Live gamertag to another Microsoft account

    On the 360 you could migrate your gamertag to be linked with a different Microsoft account, but this functionality seems to have disappeared from the Xbox One. How is this action now performed?

    How to migrate users from Xbox 360 to Xbox One

    If they have an email/password associated with their tags then you simply need to move them over the same way you moved your own account.

    If they do not then you would need to create one for them and have them join Live before you can load them over.

    Yes! I originally created my account on the original Xbox, which I migrated to my first 360.

    I have spoke to Rockstar Games regarding this a few times, as i migrated from 360 to One S. They explained to me that they no longer have access to that part of the account system that migrates users from one platform to another.

    Has anyone seen this before, question mark gamerpic, 0 score etc, almost a complete blank profile.

    It's a Profile from the original Xbox LIVE that was never migrated to the Xbox 360 or Xbox One. See the Sticky at the top of these Forums.
