How to manage Xbox One interface lists

Those are the most recently used apps and are ordered by the last time you used them. The bottom one is always the disc that's in your system, if you have one. The only way to manipulate their order, as far as I am aware, is to use another app and it will
jump to the top of the list. It's not your pins section which can be customized, but simply the last things you used.

Alrighty then. Let's try again in Device Manager.

1. Open Device Manager
   
2. With your controller plugged-in, look for and uninstall the following:
   
   • Human Interface Devices > XINPUT compatible HID device
     
   • Xbox Peripherals > Xbox 360 Controller
     

If something above isn't a perfect match, the main takeaway here is to look for the corresponding driver under Human Interface Devices (HID) that matches the one for your controller. When in doubt about which one it is, unplug the controller and plug it back in while looking at the Device Manager window with the HID expanded (so you can spot the one that changes).

Once you've done that, I always recommend restarting the computer and then plugging the controller back in.

Pictures,avatar,friend list,profile,ect...Are (for me) features that doesn't matter or that i can manage easily on Xbox one.(just need to fix some party chat issues)

Sorry, the Xbox Game Monitoring service is outdated. So look for:

• XblAuthManager / Xbox Live Auth Manager - Provides authentication and authorization services for interacting with Xbox Live.
• XblGameSave / Xbox Live Game Save - This service syncs save data for Xbox Live save enabled games.
• XboxGipSvc / Xbox Accessory Manager - Provides the Hardware for example the controller.
• XboxNetApiSvc / Xbox Live Networking Service - This service supports the Windows.Networking.XboxLive application programming interface.

Thank you for keeping us updated. Is the console connected to the internet while you are playing those games? The Xbox cloud will collect saved data as long as the console is connected to the internet. If the console is connected to the internet we recommend
removing the account from the backwards compatible interface. We will provide the steps on how to complete that process. Once the account has been removed and added back, we recommend clearing the local Xbox 360 games in the Xbox One settings. Be sure to let
us know the results!

How to remove and download the account from the backwards compatible interface:

1. Launch the backwards compatible game
2. press the View and Menu buttons simultaneously
3. select manage storage
4. select the profiles folder
5. select the gamertag and choose to delete the profile only. Not the profile and items.
6. press the View and Menu buttons simultaneously and select
   download profile

How to clear the local Xbox 360 storage:

1. Press the Xbox button on the controller to pull up the guide
2. select Settings
3. select System
4. select Storage
5. select Clear Local Xbox 360 Storage
