how to make the second controller work with the app, like first one do.

Well... I got my first Halo 5 Lock edition controller at black friday... And LT was bad, it was wobbly and making some weird noise... Then i exchanged it for second one... And can u imagine how mad i was to discover that the second controller had a bad
LT like straight out of the box (it was harder to press and it was making a scratchy noise) ? Back to best buy again, and finally the third one! Third one is better, but still LT feels more tight and different then the RT, and it rubbs something at the end
. It seems like Microsoft is having some really poor quality control... And thats sad... I remember those 360 controllers that lasted like forever.

P.S : My master chief edition controller works perfect...

Are you using two controllers because the co-pilot function configures the second controller to work in sync with the first one EX. You are playing a game with a lot of different controls and combinations, the co-pilot function allows the second controller
to work with the first and use the set of controls you can't with the first so like if your playing a solo fighter pilot game and you are trying to fire the weapons and deploy flares and you can't do it co-pilot will either let the second controller deploy
the flares or fire the weapons at the same tme as you deploy the flares.

Couple things that may be causing this. First thing to confirm, do you have any USB devices plugged into your Xbox One? If you do make sure you unplug all of those and test your controller without them plugged in. External devices can cause issues.

Second piece to test is with another Xbox One controller. If you don't have a second controller see if you're able to borrow a friend's controller.

Let us know how it goes.

One solution I can suggest just to make sure this is not the issue, do you have the controller if a usb controller plugged into the first usb port and not the second one? because the first is for player 1 and the the second is player 2 and so forth.

If you can let us know if it is a wired or wireless it would be better way to assist you, and if possible and it is a wireless, make sure the batteries are not low.

I wonder if I modify the name of the controller and change it to "Xbox One Wireless Controller" if that would make it work on iOS.

The problem is that it might make it not work with the Accessories app on windows for modifying the buttons… Will test and see what happens.
