    Hi,

    My name is Nico and I work for Pingplayers.com. We are hosting servers for Astroneer on PC and Playstation but we were told by the developers of the game -SystemEra- that we should reach out to you to be certified so our servers can be shown as "preferred", visible and joinable for Xbox live players.

    We want to provide the best service possible and we're already using Windows licensing service in our company as well as other features.

    Please share the requirements for enabling our servers on your network.

    check you connection, you NAT type from both players, open is a recommended status; reset you console, reset you game, try again.

    I've had the same issue for a couple months..

    So-n-so is online and joinable ......... join session in progress ...... unable to join session.
