How to make official complaint regarding Xbox Customer Service?

Hello All

I have experienced some extremely poor customer service from Xbox over the last week, and want to make a formal complaint in writing - however none of the live chat agents are willing to give me an email address or even postal addresses for this which is frankly
ludicrous.

Does anyone have these relevant details - I'm absolutely fuming right now with this!!

May I ask what the issues is that needs to be resolved?? Besides the surveys no complaints department exists. Sorry.

 

I too think it is a joke there is no relevant complaints department.

 

In general after every support interaction a survey is sent to the email address associated with you xbox live account. I would suggest using that to voice your opinion.

 

I don't think thats the answer to my question.. I really want to make a formal complaint - it is terrible how the customer service team seem to be able to say what they want to whoever they want as there appears to be no chance of any repercussion due to
the lack of a customer care department.

I would really appreciate someone from Xbox coming on to provide me with that information.

 

Hi there its recommended you fill out that survey or private message a member of official support for further service. If i may ask are you having technical problems or account issues.

 

Technical problems, but the main cause of complaint is the lies being told to me by members of xbox support. Do you know who it is best to contact for further service?

 

In the UK, it is law that if you ask for company address details, you must be given them. Tell the Live Chat agent that you demand to be put in contact with a supervisor or manager. Then tell that supervisor/manager that they are obligated to provide you
with the contact details of the company for written contact by standard mail, and you want details of their official complaints procedure. No company can refuse to provide that information.

I also suggest you take full name details of any agent/supervisor/manager that refuses to provide it. Log the times and dates of any chat sessions, as the agents can be verified against their own system logs. In the UK we have Trading Standards to enforce
compliance, other countries will have their own equivalent.

I know this is an old thread, but XBOX Ambassadors are one of the complaints about the support program I would strongly list as a negative . Microsoft should (IMHO) limit their exposure to game help only, and not technical issues on $400 consoles. For
a volunteer, most of the technical inquiries are way over their head, and some are very patronizing. Not all of them, but it only takes a couple to spoil the program's trust with the public, by giving bad technical support.
