If you need a short version with some explanation no need to ask

Become a dawn guard member

Complete quests normally without becoming a vampire (if you contracted vamparisim use cure all diseases potion of use a shrine to remove it)

hire two quest members

Learn how to make crossbow and bolts (Talk to Sorine Jurard after she is in the dawn guard and make sure you got steel smithing perk)

Keep completing more quests till you get Serana as a follower (also keep completing more quests till you are at the point of when you and Serana open the soul cairn)

Choose the vampire option before getting in the soul cairn

And there you go! Vampire and crossbow knowledge!

Hope I didn’t mis phrase anything or made something a bit less clear or not specific enough Hopefully this is good enough

I almost forgot that you also get vampire lord power from Serana so no need to ask

I might have forgot to mention some steps may or may not in order that I may have missed checking (cuz I’m too lazy to check)

Spam Pacify while he is controlled by the Vampire then down him, he will remain non-hostile for the reading, have not gotten farther yet though.

Will edit at future times to let others know if he remains truly non-hostile for the anytime you enter the keep.

Have you not play elder scrolls before? There was one way to cure yourself in IV. Not sure about skyrim. I know there is only one way to cure yourself from being a werewolf but I chose to remain one and it was a good choice. It sucks being a vampire. I'm
pretty sure I can't become a vampire werewolf.

kicking myself for passing on my copy of Skyrim just before the DLC came out. I found out about Dawn Guard the day after i gave it away. *facepalm*
