    Hello Vivek, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    Windows 7 is no longer supported and hasn't been for quite a few years now. As such there may be no way to force an app to work on it.

    For example windows xp 32 bits or windows 7 32 bits.
    As I said previously, could be an specific issue with this virtualized system
    (as you know, windows server is more intended to business and not a regular user)
