How to make an child account an regular account without parrent restrictions

Hi Leevi, I hope you're doing well. I am an Independent advisor, and I am here to help you.

I sincerely apologize, Leevi. However, if your account is a child account, it is required to be added under a Family Group to configure the settings by the Family Organizer.

Microsoft's top priority is to protect the privacy of every user, which is why it's not allowed to change any information that is not aligned with your actual information to bypass the restriction.

    Avatar Purchases for Children?

If the purchase is coming from the restricted account(s) then there should be a prompt asking for the password/pass code for the parent account of the child(ren)'s account. (That's how it is on my console.) After entering the password/pass code, you will
be allowed to make purchases on the restricted account for a limited time. Assuming this didn't happen for you, there's another way. You'd have to change the child(ren)'s account permissions, allowing them to make purchases. After the purchases, you may change
the permissions back, restricting the child(ren)'s account once again.

When trying to add Grid 2 to games list/starting download of the game it says "Show price"

What Darki said is true, what you will have to do is have your parent account either allow that game, or to remove the restrictions on your account. However it is not possible to hangs your account from child to regular, most restriction can be removed via
    the settings.

I cant buy xbox 360 games on my xbox one

Are you on a child account? Child accounts can only make 360 purchases on a 360 console due to restrictions.
