How to make achievements private on xbox one?

Hi, could someone please tell me how to make things like achievements and hours played, etc private on xbox one? I've checked various settings but can't find the right way. Thanks.

i have a couple facebook xbox friends from australia and they are friendly there they ask everyone for theirs, i dont see it as a big deal i didnt accept all their friend requests but only one, so xbox can make it a choice to have it on there and if private it or if public just can or dont accept request

on ps4 i linked mine private so they would have to ask me. but it says friend, public, close friends, private etc and pick one in setup. and can also share clips and achievements to facebook. but i dont mind if someone asks cause i dont have anything private on facebook, just video game stuff.

This is one of the main reasons I lament the loss of the private lobby in many games. My friends and I spent many many months night after night playing cod 2, rainbow Six Vegas and a few other games that supported private play as much as public. If the game
had xp and unlocks and achievements you could earn them in private lobbies.

Now everyone is being forced to play competitively in ranked matches if you want MP progressing or achievements. A lot of games don't even have private lobbies now. Spartacus fell flat because of really poor match making and it lacked the ability to go
one on one with friends.

My friends and I miss the social MP. Now we just have co-op and horde modes.
