How to make a complaint over faulty controller

My day one controller recently stopped working correctly and so I contacted xbox support who offered to exchange the controller for me' but this was over a month ago now and still I'm without a controller after over 5 phone calls' numerous chat sessions
and multiple emails all telling not to worry your day one controller with be with you in no time I'm still without a controller and after checking the status on line the oder has been cancelled so back on the phone and no one knows why.

They have now put me through to someone else who is only contactable by email who has now told me they are out of the day one edition controller bit I can have a standard one and 3 months xbox live to make up for all my problems I've had with support.

What I would like to do is make an official complaint but theres no way I've found you can do this' so any help would be appreciated.

I'm still waiting for the representative to reply to my email now from 5 days ago!

You would have to try submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

Hey there, lordmickofshipo! I am sincerely sorry to see any inconveniences this may have caused. I certainly do know the frustration of having to send in a device to get repaired, only to be told I can't get the same thing back.

It does appear that your issue is being handled by the appropriate teams. I would give them a few more days to respond to your email. Please do keep us posted on the situation!

Good luck with this my controller has been away since 5th dec also chased every week with no joy, my original order has been cancelled and given a new one but you can't search it. Support and service is shocking.

So does anyone know how to make an actual complaint. I was told by support it was my own fault I had the black screen because I have an "old an faulty" console (what they mean is it's out of warranty)

yeah its called EA released not only a game that wasn't finished but also a dlc there isn't much anyone on here can do to fix the problem with the game
