How To Make a 220v Xbox One Work in Another Socket

So I moved to Canada, and I have a 220V Xbox One. All of the sockets in my house are 110V, except one. It is shaped like a 15-A socket. One is a horizontal pin and the other is vertical, and my Xbox has power cord has three pins. So if I buy a converter that I can use to plug my 3-pin Xbox into the vertical and horizontal sockets, will it work?

Microsoft does not license any non-Microsoft accessories that plug into the Xbox One power socket. Using any accessory other than the standard Xbox One power supply may damage your Xbox and void your warranty.

Don't use an unlicensed accessory, such as a non-Microsoft replacement power supply, or any accessory that plugs in between your Xbox and its power supply.

I would suggest contacting an authorized repair center near you, to get a power supply made for your region

Which Xbox One model is it? If it is the original Xbox One, then you will need a power supply for Canada. If the Xbox One S or X, then they are multi voltage, and all you need to do is change the power cable, which you should be able to get from a local electrical store.

Yes it is the normal xbox one. I have tried everyone and I cant find the power brick. St John's is a small island and theres not many electrical stores nearby are there any alternatives?

The Xbox One S internal power supply supports both 110 and 220V all you will need to do is change the cable to match the wall socket or use an adapter plug.
