To start off I want to say the process for recovery is so hard and confusing to understand and next I want to address the problem with getting my account back that I haven’t been able to use since the password was changed on me all I have from the account is the gamer tag please let me know if there’s anything I can do.

Unfortunately, it has to be secure otherwise anyone could recover anyone elses accounts.

I'm a little confused, how are you logging in to the parent account if you've never heard of it? How do you know the log in information? Also, where are you looking for the option to promote? It should be under Account Management when you're logged into
this account.

I may be in the same situation. I am the Dad, and I have an Epic Account. My son's account is under my account. When I log into Epic, it logs into my account. My son does not have a direct account account to log into. So how how do I redeem the gift card under his account, not mine?
