    How to log in


    I have been playing this game for a very long time evidentially as a guest and am at level 49 - I have always received gifts, etc.; however to day when I tried to play, they took me off my level and said I would get no gifts. How to I sign in as a player
    and will continue at level 49. It just comes up with Xbox and will not let me get anywhere. I thought this was a microsoft game. Is there a way that I can sign in with microsoft? and still get my benefits?

    How do I log out of my xbox live account in Microsoft Solitaire Collection without logging out of windows? I want to log out of my account in Solitaire so someone else can play offline. Is this possible because it seems as if once you log in you can never

    I don't quite understand.

    - Do you want to log off of your current Profile?;

    - Are you recieving an error code?;

    - Are you unable to sign-out of your Xbox Live Profile?

    how to fix log in

    Hello Kkizerr,

    Please, follow these steps:

    In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

    Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

    Select the game tile, and then install the TP Medals.

    Select Install, to confirm the installation.
