The solution is to link your PSN ID to another Microsoft account, because the
The Microsoft account you are trying to use is already linked to another PSN ID.
Each Microsoft account can only be linked to one PSN ID and vice versa.

Note: If a Microsoft account is linked to a PlayStation account, neither the
Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be linked to other
accounts.

From what I understand. If I provide Microsoft with my PSN account ID. They can see which Microsoft account is linked to that, correct?

According to Mojang: "The solution is to link the PSN ID to a different Microsoft account since the Microsoft Account you’re attempting to use is already connected to a different PSN ID. Each Microsoft account may only be linked to a single PSN ID and vice versa."
