I'm sorry to hear that you have accidentally redeemed your codes on your account. I know how it feels like since I am a gamer too.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to link your Microsoft account to a different Microsoft/Xbox account.

Changes cannot be made once the codes were successfully redeemed.

It is also not possible to transfer any content from one account to another unless you bought the gift card as gift and redeemed it under your son's account.

For your son to use the FIFA points, you will need to have your son use your Microsoft account and play the game on the console.

For some reason my new gamer tag linked itself to my old gamer tag email address. I don't know how to change that and to link my old gamer tag back to my Microsoft account. I believe that's why I cant play as my old game tag. Is there a way to fix that?

It is not the first time the gamer tag was changed. It was my account tried to change it to my sons with his gamer tag not mine.

Yes they were live accounts that's why they had gamer tags. A few years ago you can set up a gamer tag on the Xbox without the link to a Microsoft account so how do you recover these old gamer tags without a Microsoft account?
