How to limit Xbox accounts used on an xbox to just a family

Hi,

It appears I can setup parental controls to limit what my child can access. Is there a way to limit the xbox to just allow sign on to given console by just members of the family - otherwise what's to stop a child from just using the account of a friend
or set up by a friend on their behalf (perhaps a mate who's parents have not policed usage and allowed them to set up accounts themselves).

Hey there!

It looks like you may need to adjust the Signed-Out Content restrictions!

By default, your console allows new accounts to be downloaded or created when no one is signed in to the console. To block this feature:

Select System > Settings > System > Signed-out content restrictions.
Select Access to content.
Make sure that the Let people download & make new accounts option is not selected.
