    Hi, I have bought used Series X and I don't know how to leave the Insider Program as I don't have the original account that was for the Insider Program. Can somebody help me to remove my console from the program?

    Hi sorry you are having issue. It's not a simple case of deleting the app. Take a look at this How
    to leave Insider Program     article. You need to go into the settings and remove your device as described in this article. Hope that helps.
