How to invite people to game on backwards compatible ???

My friend and I are playing rainbow six Vegas on the xbox one backwards compatible update and we are trying to get a game together but we don't know how to invite to the game. The xbox one friends will not allow me to invite. Is there amother way??? Pls
help

HELP!

When in backwards compatible games, you have to invite people in a different way. If you click the start and select button, it brings up the Xbox 360 guide. From there you can access your friends list and invite them to the game.

Xbox 360 Forza's should be on backward compatible

All Forza's should be on backward compatible because most people enjoyed that game, if Xbox put that game on backward compatible them people who enjoyed that game can still enjoy it without changing back to 360 and trying to get used to the 360 control.
So please Xbox put all the Forza's that's not on Xbox one on the backward compatible.

If you are using Xbox One chat then invite the person to your chat and let them know to load up the BC game on their console. Otherwise they would need to be playing a BC game on their system in order to receive the invite.

Hi AdanAhmet,

He will be only be able to play online with you if he buys xbox 360 games that are on the backward compatibility. that's the only way you will be able to play with each other. xbox one and the xbox 360 have different servers/ports.

Don't ask for invites here, its gonna be very long and hard to get invited to the program. even if you was invited.

Hi,

You can play with someone on the 360 but you will need to be on a 360 game in the backwards compatibility. you can invite people to party and game, use the xbox 360 mini dashboard to do that.
