    How to invite a friend to a private race in Horizon 2?


    Probably opening myself up to flames with this question, but last night I was online racing in Forza Horizon 2... and got a message from a friend who was also online. I suggested that we race against each other.

    I could not figure out how to invite him to a private race, event, etc. I tried for almost 45 minutes until I gave up. Today I tried again, and cannot seem to locate how to invite a friend to the game when he/she is online for a private race. It doesn't
    matter if others are in the race... I just want to be able to have a specific person in the race.

    How do you create a private race and invite your friends? How does my friends join or accept invites to private races? I was able to create a private race but he was not in the private lobby? How he accept the invite or join the race? Then he created a
    new private lobby and I couldn't join him? Can anybody help us?

    Go to setup race. Pick private set the race for 2 and then invite your friend.

    im pretty sure when that pops up you can press the menu button and it will ask you yes/no to join but i could be wrong, either way as crunch said you will auto go into the same lobby

    hello, when you are in a party once any one of you join a match in the bottom left of the screen the menu button will show up asking you to join your friends

    The notification that shows up in the bottom left corner isn't a button that you can click - it's just a message that says "Join Party Game". If you see that message, it means that members of your party are currently playing in a multiplayer lobby.

    Once you see that message, go to Multiplayer and you'll automatically get a prompt to join the party game. Select "Yes"/"Ok" to the prompt and you'll instantly be taken into the lobby that your party is playing in.
