    I think you bought it for PC, not for xbox console. if the game is not xbox playanywhere, you can only play it on PC

    Did you buy the game from xbox.com or the Microsoft Store app? If it was from the Microsoft Store app, then the purchase may have been for PC only.

    Hi, once you login on your xbox, you'll have to go to the ready to install section and from there install the game. Or you can give the input to start downloading the game from the xbox store online and once you turn on your xbox it will start downloading.
