    i recently ordered a 400 robux giftcard for xbox on the Microsoft store. i received the email confirming my purchase but it did not show me the 25 letter code and only the order number. i then proceeded to click on the emails link to direct me to order details but it only showed the billing amount and once again not the 25 letter code. i do not have an xbox, and i intend to redeem the code directly through the roblox website, but if need be i could redeem it throught the xbox website and figure out how to directly transfer it into my roblox account from there. moreover, i checked under order history and it did not show the 400 robux giftcard i ordered, so i dont have the option to resend the code.

    Just buy an xbox giftcard at gamestop etc, scratch off the film, and PM him/her the 25 code. Your friend then activates the code wich puts said amount into their account.

    They then use that amount to purchase the game digitally from xbox store.

    Or, better still. Simply buy the disc version and mail it to him/her.

    You can only purchase Robux from The Microsoft Store for the Xbox. If you want to purchase Robux for the Windows version, then you will need to get it from the Roblox website https://www.roblox.com/giftcards or your local game retailer.

    Today I got a 25 gbp giftcard for xbox and bought a few games costing around 17-18 gbp.

    Usually, it should say how much I should have left. Instead when I go to see if I can purchase a game, it says I have 26.65 gbp (I had 1.65 gbp before redeeming the giftcard) please fix this because a few people may abuse this.
    For this issue you need to contact xbox for help for that
