    How to I promote my child's account to play NBA 2k18


    My son has just received NBA 2k 18 as a birthday present but unable to play the online element. I have changed his settings as suggested but believe it's because he is not 13. How do I amend his account as a parent so he can play it?

    I changed his age on his account, with him signing into his Microsoft account but that made no difference. Surely there must be something within parental

    control that allows me to change this?

    nba 2k18 worked with the offline download but nba 2k14 didn’t and the same with nascar heat 2 and no i cant install them on another console
