    How to I connect my Xbox to my WiFi?


    I had my Xbox for about 10 months now and everything has worked perfectly fine. Yesterday I unplugged my Xbox to change the outlet and when plugging it back in, it wouldn’t connect to the internet. It completely kicked me off the wifi and when I retry to reconnect it won’t allow me too. All of the other devices in my house connect perfectly fine to it but my Xbox won’t connect to it. I tried everything from restarting the router, unplugging the Xbox, clearing my MAC address. I even connected the hot spot from my phone and the Xbox connected to it. It won’t allow me to connect to the internet I have at my home (which is new for about 3 weeks) I have the Xbox series x so everything should be new and easy to connect. Someone please help me cause I don’t know how to fix this. I been trying for 2 days and nothing is changing

    I am sorry to hear that.

    If your console connected to your hotspot, it's not a hardware issue.

    Let's try a simple fix, please, reset your console.

    Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset.

    You can follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Let me know if it works!
