How to hide games to Xbox friends (PC)

Yes and No. Yes you have to choose this to hidde the games you played. And no because they can not see if you owne a game, they (if you do not to choose to hide it) can only see what games did you played.

Which sertings do I turn on too make it so they cant see my game activity such as I played x game 1 hr. ago and hide games I own or is that already hidden by default?

Let me get this straight, if I set it too block they wont be able to see the recent activity? In the first place they could never see owned games? I opened the my games section and found this. Only a few show up. Most I rarely ever play now. Would they
be able to see this? By blocking the game history does that mean they could not see the recent activity tab of profiles?

Your friends will never see which games you purchased.

The setting ONLY affect the visibility of games you actively played to be shown.

So let's say you purchased Call of Duty, Forza, Halo and Barbies Horse Adventure for whatever reason. But you have NOT played them yet.

Your friends will NOT know that you own Call of Duty, Forza, Halo or Barbie's Horse Adventure.

Now you go visit a friend, and play Gears of War (a game you do NOT own).

If you ENABLE that your friends see your activity that you have played Gears of War. Even though you don't own the game, your friends can see that you played that game.

Now you BLOCK the visibility of your activity to your friends. Now it appears as if you NEVER played any games.

If you play Gears at your friends house, drive around in Forza, or play Barbies Horse Adventure, your friends will NOT see which games you play or own.

As soon as you ENABLE that setting, your friends can see that you played Gears, Forza and Barbie, but will NOT know which game you own, or which game you just played at a friends house, or if you just had your little niece for a visit that played Barbie
on your account.

On PC there's no option to delete or hide games from your game history currently, on Xbox consoles there's an option to hide games from your games achievements but this can't be done on PC
