    How to have a suspension case review


    Hi,

    I got my account suspended for abusive language, which I think is a bit too much, yes I have message some people, because those persons where playing online, doing badly and left the game, so I've ask them to please not play the game anymore if they can
    complete it, because it's ruining it for everybody.

    In one case I was more aggressive because the person was sending me offensive message too, and I got suspended right after that.

    Anyway, when I go to the Enforcement and Activity History I don't see anything to submit a case review, is it normal ? Is it because my suspension is not long enough (about 28h) ?

    I find it unfair that I got suspended without any warning before that, and I do hope that those that ruins online games will also face a suspension

    So how long will this review of the case take? I got suspended last night and immediately filed for a case review.

    If you think that this suspension was issued in error, you can file a case review, if the suspension lasts for more than 24 hours.

    To file the case review, go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with your suspended account.

    Click on the yellow tile with the hammer on it, and click on the currently active suspension and file a Case Review.

    If the suspension is "only" for 24 hours, you'll just have to wait it out, as a Case Review would take longer than the actual suspension, and keep you suspended longer.

    Also to add on this, I chatted with some Xbox rep, and he think my ban was because I joined a chat with one of the guy that I had an argument with, and there was 2 of his friends in the chat, and I got my suspension 5 minutes after that, so the rep think
    it might be them that reported me.. so it's not fair that 3 people report me for no reason (other then my big french accent) and I got suspended

    Wow, so I got my account suspended because of some trolls, and since it's only for "24 hours", I cannot have the case review.

    Also, since my first post here, the suspension was increase, as I cannot log in anymore to my account.

    I repeat, all this because of trolls that are ruining online gaming. We are the weekend and I wont be able to play with my friends, while those guys will be able to play as long as they want and get away with it.. what a wonderful way to treat your customer..

    Also, I just spoke on the phone with another rep from the technical support and she told me that my friends can report the guy I was having an argument with, even if he didn't message them.

    Isn't an abusive system ?? And I'm victim of it it the guy had his friend (which is probably the case) report me even if I didn't spoke with them.

    So I would like a solution, or speak with someone to try to solve this. If really there's legit reason to keep my ban active, fine, but if not I want the case to be reviewed and my ban removed.

    It only takes one valid complaint in order to have someone suspended, so having friends report someone doesn't really make a difference. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive to determine whether or not the person you report actually
    did something to violate the code of conduct. They will only issue a suspension if they determine they have. So you can have a million complaints filed against you and not receive a suspension.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and there is no other way to contact them. All you can do is wait it out.

    No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned or change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

    Xbox Support is not the Xbox Enforcement Team. They cannot do anything for you about the suspension or know why you were suspended.

    Will I get banned just because I received complaints?
