How to handle this situation? Possible Catfish/ illegal usage of an individuals image/info

Hello fellow ambassadors I have come across an issue from and individual that has went thru all the channels and hasn't got the correct solution to their problem. Issue is that another user was using the individuals personal picture for their own benefit
or purpose. In other words they are catfishing her picture and information. She went to Xbox and the supposedly handled the issue according to what she is telling me. The individual is still sending pictures of her and using her likeness under the same gamertag?
I asked her wasn't the user banned or did you block this individual. I gave her the correct information to handle this however she still says the individual is still sending pictures and using her image? She was wondering if xbox could block the picture since
it is in violation of the code of conduct. Any information would gladly be appreciated. This individual is a very high profile streamer if hat makes any difference or not. My understanding is if the user is blocked or banned then they cant use the likeness
of that user on Xbox. I keep asking the user that has she went thru the proper channels as I instructed her to do so. She says she has but I'm not sure she has done so given the information she continues to relay to me. Any information I can pass to this individual
would be greatly appreciated. She hasn't come on this forum to post any issue as of yet nor do I think she will. Possibly embarrassed this situation is happening to her.

I told her all that and she's just mad at xbox? She thinks they can block her pictures being used? I know I told her that too before you respond. I didnt put all of the history of what she has done trust me she has done an awful lot. The user was not banned
and that is why she was so adamant because the same user is doing the same things after she did all the reports etc. She knows the xbox protocols. I just told her to just take all her pictures down and use something else.

I'm sorry this is happening. All you can do is get back to Microsoft and let them know it's still a problem, it is a tough one to sort out 🤔

all you can do is report their account and Microsoft will handle it.

I appreciate that. You say you escalated the issue do you need the individuals user name that this is happening to oor does that matter? Are you just getting information on the next thing that individual can do ?
