how to give back farming simulator 22, it doesn't work (unable to sign in)

Hi Arturo,

I am having the same problem when starting FS22 after installing. After the install in the microsoft store, it changes to play, which l click and it begins to load and sync. After watching it load for about 6secs, it then comes up with a prompt box showing the below, with no options to do so. Also, l am actually signed into windows. There is no error code, only trying with this game, first one we have bought. On a windows 11 laptop. I should atleast be able to sign in. If l can't, could you tell me how to get a refund.

Same here, but seems to be only the games included with gamepass as Farming Simulator 22 that's purchased from the Microsoft store works no issue.

Yes. Farming Simulator 22 is not a Play Anywhere title though.

It's open for the NAT type and Connected for the server connectivity. But after i start the game (Farming Simulator 22) i still get We couldn't sign you on to the Xbox Live message
