How to get Xbox Upload Studio working?

I am also unable to view "My clips" from just the Upload app. The loading wheel just spins and nothing happens.

I'm having the same issue with BF Hardline as well!

Does anyone know how to get in contact with the support team for Upload studio? I love the set up and how easy Upload is to use, its got decent effects for basic videos, and its got almost every feature that you need for making video, but its so glitchy.
I have made a full video for my Youtube channel twice and either a clip glitches out and it will just be a black screen or ill go to do a voice over and when im done recording and hit done recording it doesnt take me back to the editing stage like its suppose
to. Itll just say start recording and then only options i got is to keep recording over and over again or back out and loose everything, I just made my 3rd video on there, but i didnt even attempt a voiceover. I downloaded a 3rd party app on my PC to do the
voice over on. If anyone can help me get in contact with the support team id really appreciate it.

I reccomend reinstalling Upload Studio. This will not affect your game clips at all.

If that doesnt work, try performing a software reset without removing games or apps: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

P.S. I would add that not all my BFHL clips failed to save, as I did upload one to youtube. The problem seemed to occur for me after I applied the latest XB1 system update.

But only one clip is now showing on smart glass and that clip is not the one I saved and uploaded to youtube. :-S
