How to get Xbox series s to stop disconnecting from wifi

Hello I’ve been having trouble with my xbox series s where every time I turn my xbox back on I have to reconnect to the wifi. And it never connects the first time. I will put in the password and it says it can’t connect then I have to try a few more times and eventually it does connect. Sometime I have to restart the console in order to get it to connect.

I had an xbox one s that worked fine on the same wifi and never had any problems. I have looked into my wifi and talked to my provider and there is nothing wrong there. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.

I have this issue with the Series S and Samsung TV. I’ve had the TV disconnected from the internet to stop ads, only reconnected it recently and since then I’ve started having the sound issues with the Xbox.

I have the same issue.

Controller and headset both disconnect or have some sort interference. Never had a problem on my Xbox One or Series S. But the problem is persistent on Series X.

Have tried all sorts of things like disabling all wifi and getting a new router. Nothing helps.
