    How to get to the Xbox message center

    If this was from a promotion from the Rewards program, Rewards support will check into it and see about resending it to you. They'll respond here.

    If this was a promotion from the dashboard, you'll want to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance. You'll need to post the offer you took part in.

    It's not possible to retrieve deleted/expired messages. But if you post in the Sales and Promotions forum and let them know what codes you're missing, they can see about resending them.

    Those are your messages on Live. If you click your name in the upper right hand corner of this site, you'll see a link for messages. You can get them there too. On the console, click the bit X button on your console and scroll over to messages.
