    Cannot use My credit Card

    Hi, I am trying to use my prepaid Visa card with my xbox live account and it says incorrect information eventhough I entred exactly what it says on Card. My account is Canada region based, so as my Laptop. I am in Kuwait for some work for 3 months and
    made the prepaid card from a Kuwait Bank. I entered my Canadian address for billing (since I cannot change region, and with MS new region policy i dont want to wait 6 weeks ) But my Prepaid card and CCV is from Kuwait Visa card. I also tried using paypal but
    it says page is moved or unavailable.

    Kuwait is not a xbox live supported country.

    For a list of Xbox supported countries/regions: https://www.xbox.com/regions. Kuwait supports PC Game Pass. However you need to be an Xbox live region which Kuwait is not.

    Purchasing cards with regions you're not in is a breach of laws and may cause your account to be banned.

    Well for.one Kuwait isn't an xbox live region

    You need to address it with your vendor

    In order to buy or play Xbox games you need to be in a supported region

    Kuwait usnt one of them.
