How to get unsuspended when I did do anything wrong?

My gamertag is all caps. I recently got suspended from all multiplayer reason days “this account has violated the community standards and was subjected to enforcement action. I don’t know what I did and under details it says no details are available I’ve never cheated never tempered with system and I didn’t send any bad messages yet the blocked all my multiplayer and chat access with my friends please help.

I did they gave me a bot answer. It was like a copy and paste script.I haven't broken any code. I made lots of post similar to that and I get banned yesterday. I also stream too.

I did and the guy said he can't do anything to help me out. He said to wait until I get unsuspended again
