You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review.

Unfortunately the enforcement team is the only ones with the information that you are looking for.

If you did the case review that means that the Reinvestigated the report and determined that there was a violation of the code of conduct and you would have to wait out the suspension there is nothing more that can be done.
