    How to get tracking information for repaired headsets coming from European repair centre


    I had 2 headsets break couple weeks ago, I sent them both to the european repair centre in germany and on the 28/05/2015 they were sent back to me. I have contacted microsoft every day to see if there is any tracking information for my headsets and they
    can only update me that the headsets are on there way via DHL. Now i know DHL and they do use tracking numbers(way bill number) how ever MS tell me DHL don't use tracking codes. LOL! but one agent told me to use the Service order numbers to track the items
    with dhl. I've tried so many times via DHL website and deutche post. Any one been in this situation and been able to track the headset?

    I only want to see where they are to see if it is worth buying an new one.

    Xbox sent to UK repaired, after repair problem is twice worse than before

    Croatia is not a xbox live supported country so there are no contact details for support.

    Link Distribution is just a retail supplier & not a official Microsoft service centre as far as I can see.

    Like I said,the European service/repair centre is in Germany so it looks like your console has been repaired by a third party repair centre.

    If that's the case then there's nothing anyone here can do.

    Sending American xbox for service from germany!

    The European repair centre will only have refurbished PAL consoles i would think so chances are that's why it says you'd get a European region console back.

    Posting tracking console serial numbers on a public forum is never a good idea & against forum rules here.

    Nothing anyone on the forums can do,you'll just have to keep working with support to get your console repaired.

    Every time you send a console of for repair you should get a 1 month xbox live sub with the console when it's returned to cover any lost gold time.

    The repair centre in Germany is pretty poor when it comes to "repairing" consoles.

    Yes, the European repair center is there

    I'm afraid the support link is the only way to get someone one the phone

    Make sure to include the case number, tracking number and all other information you have

    As far as i'm aware there is no repair centre in the U.K. unless one has recently been added.

    All European repairs are sent to Germany.

    If your console has been serviced by anyone other than Microsoft then you have voided the warranty & risk a console ban.
