How to get to the Xbox message center

If this was from a promotion from the Rewards program, Rewards support will check into it and see about resending it to you. They'll respond here.

If this was a promotion from the dashboard, you'll want to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance. You'll need to post the offer you took part in.

Those are your messages on Live. If you click your name in the upper right hand corner of this site, you'll see a link for messages. You can get them there too. On the console, click the bit X button on your console and scroll over to messages.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

Thank you for keeping us updated. The Xbox message center can be accessed through the Xbox guide menu. We will provide instructions on how to access the message center through the guide. Be sure to let us know if the message with the code appears in your
message center.

How to access the Xbox message center:

1. Press the Xbox button on the controller while at the home screen
2. Scroll to the Communications tab
3. Select Conversations

It's not possible to retrieve deleted/expired messages. But if you post in the Sales and Promotions forum and let them know what codes you're missing, they can see about resending them.
