    Last month we had these free games: https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2018/11/27/games-with-gold-december-2018/

    I was not able to take https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-us/Product/Mercenaries/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80242560835 because of a documented Microsoft bug. How can I get it now without having to pay for it?

    My account state corruption/inconsistency that is under Microsoft server control as seen under support requests
    [Mod Removed - Personal Info] and [Mod Removed - Personal Info].

    I paid for XBox Gold, then reach for Microsoft support when the game was available but system crashed when trying to get it, then took Microsoft close to one month to fix, I would think for any respectable business I have seen in the past, the business will
    make things right like adding the game to my account, make sense right?

    I know Apple would do it, I had similar issue with them before.

    Unfortunately there isn't a way to get a previous months games with gold.
