How to get Solitaire and Casual games to load on my PC

I'm going to give you some procedures that I hope will help you get back to playing: Clear the Cache

Point the mouse to the lower right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up and click Search.

Type run in the search box, then tap or click Run.

Type wsreset.exe in the run command and then click OK. Disable all third party programs. On the Desktop, simultaneously press the Windows + R keys to open Run;
In Run, type MSCONFIG and click OK to open System Configuration;
On the Services tab, check the Hide all Microsoft services option and click Disable All;
Click Apply and OK;
Restart the computer. This procedure disables third party programs but you can enable them again if needed.

Hi, I used a work around. Went into Flight mode. Launched MS Solitaire & Casual Games. App loaded. Turned off Flight mode. App signed in. Could then play the games.

Then I contacted MS Solitaire & Casual Games Support. You need to be in the launched App to be able to do this.

Menu -> Support -> Fill in and submit form.

My App is now loading correctly; I can play my games and have no problems.

I have Microsoft casual games downloaded on two pc's and they both have solitaire, but it is unavailable on both my android phone, and my iPad.

Why is this, is it a Microsoft thing about PC's only?

UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.

I have not been able to load MS Solitaire and Casual Games since last week when I clicked yes to an update and nothing happened.
