How to get shipping label

How do i get a shipping label for my xbox SX to repair?I got mail after claiming my warranty in email they tell some’s step in 5th step they tell. (we’re sorry. We were unable to generate your delivery label. Please contact Microsoft support) then i try to contact Microsoft support and select every option to contact them but again and again in the end they said ( we‘re unable to process your request for call back. Please try again later) I don’t understand what to do now. Its hard contact them and telling my problems.

So i have gone to fedex and they cant enter the service number to get me the shipping label. so how do i ship it? thats what the instructions were that xbox gave me to ship.

Thanks for the advice. I waited the 48 hours but nothing has came in through email. Hopefully phone calls can help.

Normally before that email you get one with the shipping label, if not, please wait until 24hours. After that if you don't have the email. Please contact the support. But due the covid the process is slow. I waited 48 hours for my elite controller 2.
