How to get Roblox HttpSendRequest Fail fixed?

Attempting to start the Roblox application on Windows 10 gives me the following error:

Fixes I've tried include,

Classic on & off for both system and router

Network Reset

Changing DNS servers

Registry Repairs

SFC /scannow

/flushdns & /ipconfig fixes

Disabling firewalls and network protections

Using the various troubleshooters, including the update troubleshooter.

Running the application in compatibility mode

Multiple clean reinstalls of Windows 10 (I have the latest version)

Putting the link (https://clientsettingscdn.roblox.com/v1/client-version/WindowsPlayer) through the various relevant troubleshooters identifies no problems.

Despite this the issue persists. The error is inconsistent, meaning occasionally the application would work without issue before returning an error at randomly given times without notice or change. I use an Ethernet connection, however, this error still occurs over WiFi.

Reading through the forums I found this error code was common with the Microsoft Store. For me, the store runs fine without issue.

Check if there are any updates available for your operating system and install them.

Make sure your internet connection is stable. You can try restarting your router to fix any connection issues.

Try disabling any VPN or proxy you may be using.

Make sure that you have the latest version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package installed.

Check if there are any pending Windows updates and install them.

If you have any other antivirus software installed, try disabling it temporarily to see if it is causing the issue.

Im confused too I don't know how it works but I know that com surrogate having low memory usage seems to make games unplayable. I can't play any games anymore so I played in my phone instead and I still can't play games in my phone!? I can still watch YouTube and Google things but for some reason even if com surrogate process is running in my PC not in my phone I still can't play games in my phone. is it somehow connected to my connection?

I also googled how com surrogate works and they say there can be many com surrogates running simultaneously and causes high memory usage. how do I trigger this condition?

For games such as Roblox, and Steam Games it just gives me an error message saying "Failed to Connect to steam network" and for Roblox it says "(ID =17 : Connection attempt failed.) (Error code : 279)"

I wanted to play Roblox so badly and googled so many times how to fix this issue and did everything just to fix it, I disabled windows defender firewall and antivirus, updated everything, restarted everything, but nothing seemed to worked. How do I fix this issue?

THIS DOESNT HELP MY PROBLEM, I cant find Roblox on it and it just wont appear on the "looking for group" tab, Roblox doesn't show up so how do I fix that.
