How to get refunded for purchases

So my son and his idiot friends have been buying in game purchases online with out my knowledge... Ive tried filling out the online refund requests but it they emailed me and said my requests are not eligible for a request. Who do i need to contact in
order to get this taken care of

Maybe try xbox support on the phone or if that doesn't work maybe try the game publishes support they might be able to help you with it.

If they continue to refuse a refund, you could always dispute the charges with your financial institution or Credit Card company.

I would also recommend adding a passkey to your account so that unauthorized purchases can not be made without you entering the code.

Go through your Xbox privacy settings and set a password to change settings, then set a required password for all purchases. This will require a password for every purchase and your kiddo can't get into the settings menu to change this option without your
consent.

If the charge does not appear in your order history through the following website, it means that the purchase may be from another account

Log in here and locate the “Transactions” section.

In that section you will find the “Investigate” button, click on it and enter the data requested to track the payment, it will give you an indication of the account from which it comes from.

If the payment is not registered in the system or appears associated with an account that you do not know, you must immediately report it to your bank, it is possible that your data is compromised.
