How to get refund for subscription

Hi,

I already have a annual subscription for xbox game pass, but I forgot to cancel the auto-renew for the other. There isn't any button about refund in the Order History, how can I get refund? Thanks.

Hello Violeta, the recurring charge has to be turned off before the day of collection, as it was not the system made the subscription charge.

To request a refund for your subscription you will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for refund, you will also need the order code for each item you want the refund.

There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

This could take up to 72 hours.

If you contact xbox customer services and fully explain the problem you are having to them, they will be able to help and assist you with your refund request.

You would cancel at http://account.microsoft.com and it should give you the option to refund at that time. If not, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us However, keep in mind that since you already redeemed a new code, if you cancel it will cancel what you redeemed as well.
