    How to get refund for mistakenly purchased digital content


    Hi All,

    Today I have done a mistake and purchased the X-Box one version of Fortnite Deluxe edition from the Microsoft Store and paid almost NZ$100. I do not own a X-Box One therefore I have just wasted my money. I checked the terms and conditions of purchasing digital
    contents and apparently there is no refund. I hope Microsoft could give me an option to get a refund. Does anybody know how I can contact and request it?

    Refunds on Digital games

    I think you get one refund, per lifetime on games. As least that's what someone at Xbox customer service told me. I got a refund once on some digital gear that was mistakenly charged to my card multiple times.

    How many of you bought the season pass?

    Some people don't have $25 to throw away Eviltwin...and the fact that they don't recognize that you already have the content and can be mistakenly purchased again and not refunded is shady business practice.

    Like the previous comment said, all digital purchases are final. You can not get a refund for a digitally purchased game unless the content in the game was misinformed or other issues.
