How To Get Product Support For Xbox Controller?

Hi!

So I've tried the xbox support page and it doesn't recognize the PID # of the controller regardless of which type of controller I type in (it's the minecraft green creeper controller). I've tried asking for support on the official xbox support facebook page
and on their @xboxsupport twitter account. So far no luck and I am very close to going past the warranty period. Can anyone help me get help with this? The controller when left joystick is left alone, leans to the left thus you can never leave it alone to
be still. your character will always be moving.

I'd appreciate if anyone can help me get support for it. After trying for a week or two I tried returning it to amazon but they said I was past the return period

You need to get your support for your Logitech website control.

Enter the manufacturer's website, this is the link.

Sorry to hear it. Xbox does not support 3rd party products and although some may work with Xbox products others won't. If your receiver is not compatible with the controller then perhaps a USB connection may be the way to go.

Otherwise you may need to look into getting the Windows 10 Xbox Controller Adapter

As long as it's a liscensed product that features the Xbox liscensed product logo you should be ok. If it isn't a supported 3rd party controller, dont be suprised if future system updates kill your controller support.
