How to get permission from a parent to buy xbox gamepass on pc

How can he get a subscription added onto his account for “Xbox Gamepass Ultimate” then? Without having me gift it to him? Since when he is logged in, it says that they can’t even send a request ti the parent for permission & to just go ask politely in person to the parent… but the parent doesn’t have easy access to loading a subscription on without it absolutely needing to be gifted and purchased all in one go. I’m just confused, and I appreciate your help.

Hello! I'm sorry to hear that however there is no way to get a refund because the game was downloaded and used. Hopefully, Xbox will understand the problem with children buying games and add ons without their parent's permission better in the future and
offer a refund but they urge you to set parental controls and enable permission from a parent to buy something. The rating system is mainly to keep them from buying the game, but as long as they have their parent's permission they are allowed to play.

Some of the games on PC are availble on gamepass on Xbox however not all of them such as Age of empires as it requires a mouse and keyboard. Also gamepass for PC is a separate subscription to Gampeass, you would either have to buy another gamepass subscription
or get Gamepass Ultimate which works both on PC and Xbox
