How to get open NAT and UPnP

Nat type stuck on moderate and UPnP not successful after trying to restart console and modem toggling UPnP on and off but still won’t work. Also cannot get ipv6 even though it’s enabled on my internet

Hi Dom_094. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

If you enable UPnP in your router's settings, your NAT type should become open. For help with this, contact your internet provider.

If enabling UPnP does not work, you'll need to manually forward the ports for Xbox Network to your Xbox console. For this to work, you'll also need a static IP address for your Xbox which the ports are forwarded to. This is also done in your router settings, so you'll need to contact your ISP for help with this.

IPv6 will enable on Xbox automatically if your network supports it. If it's not working, check with your ISP if IPv6 is available in your area.

Yes, the NAT is open. All available xbox ports too.
