    How to get my msn account back


    Hi all.

    long ago when i made my first email account i went with an @msn.com account. as i got older i decided to make an @gmail account as it became very popular. i never intended to delete my @msn account, but when i decided to change my xbox login email from @msn to my @gmail account, my msn account went POOF! and at the time it didnt matter at all. but now i have run into an issue where i am trying to link my Activision account to my xbox because a game i am playing has cross progression and i want to play on xbox since my pc needs to be repaired. The problem is when i log into my activision account and click the Link Xbox button it says i cannot link the xbox account because its already linked to another activision account (the @msn.com one} i've contacted activision support and they were not able to help. they told me "submit the ticket through the @msn.com account for help" even tho i told them multiple times it is impossible for me to do so because the email no longer exists. is there any way to recover an old @msn.com account so i can see emails being sent to it? because for some reason on the activision website when i click on log in using xbox. it automatically logs in to my @msn.com accout (very much to my surprise) but i cant change any info because it wants to send a confirmation email to my msn account......sorry for the long post, just wanted to give you the full details.

    This Support article will assist you. You'll want to change the password or remove and then re-add your password. If you've changed
    your Windows Live ID entirely, you'll want to follow those steps.

    Ok that should not be a problem, my login acount to msn is with a yahoo email, but I still register everything with my gmail account.

    Go to http://account.live.com login, and click on account alias. From there you can add a different email address to be your primary contact email for your account
