how to get my email back or to be deleted

They only deleted my info not my account, it says the account “doesn’t exist” but someone is using the email name so it’s not deleted just the info so how can I get back in?

Once a message has been deleted, it's not possible to get it back.

"You might not be able to sign into your account because it's closed or deleted.

You closed your account: If you closed your Microsoft account, you have 60 days from that closure to sign in and reopen it. After that 60 days, your account and data expire.

Your account was closed because of inactivity: If you haven't signed in to your account for a long time, it might expire due to inactivity, (more than 2 years of inactivity.)"

Have you tried recovering your emails? If not, try doing so, or try to get an IT technician (or a Expert from a computer store) to try and help you remove the hacks and malware that infected the email.
